This Privacy Policy applies to the Whiteboard Notes mobile application and related services operated by MASH FAMILY LTD (the “Application” and the “Service Provider”). Effective date: 2026-09-24.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not collect, log or store personal information during normal use. Registration is not required. When the Application uses an internet connection, technical protocol information such as a temporary IP address may be transmitted for connectivity, but this information is not retained or used for tracking.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?

No. The Application does not collect precise location information from your mobile device.

Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?

Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.

What are my opt-out rights?

Uninstalling the Application ends normal use. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting lachladwards@gmail.com.

Children

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them.

Security

Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of exposure is limited. Even so, reasonable safeguards are used to protect systems and any information held by the Service Provider.

Data Breach Notification

If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, affected individuals will be notified where required by applicable law.

Data Retention

The Application does not maintain a personal user profile or behavioural database during normal use. Information voluntarily submitted to the Service Provider outside the Application may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to requests, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or maintain appropriate business records.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of information you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider by emailing lachladwards@gmail.com. Deletion requests will be reviewed and processed subject to applicable legal, security and record-keeping obligations.

Changes

The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Previous versions may be requested by contacting lachladwards@gmail.com.

Your Consent

If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
